This is a blend of their famous apple brandy and apple juice. I like their apple brandy (Calvados?) which tends to lose any apple taste, and of course, I love their cider! So, by producing this, they've given me both in one. Well done Julian and Matilda.

Rich apple pie aroma with initial dry tannins, earthy and woody and dry as a bone. But, while it's breathing, it becomes sweeter with orange marmalade notes and a little spicy. Beware, you get not a hint of alcohol with it! Truly, a beautiful cider!
