Yankee Cabot – in tribute to John (Giovanni Caboto) Cabot, the Italian explorer who adopted Bristol as his home town. After receiving backing by King Henry VII to find a direct route to Asia avoiding the waters of the Mediterranean, he is recognised as discovering North America and naming it ‘New Found Land’.

A new seasonal for 2022, this Red IPA is brewed with Red X base malt for a lovely ruby colour, crystal rye for sweet & spicy character, and a little amber for a toasty finish. The main hop is Azzaca, which rounds the beer out with a nice orangey note.
