Up until this point our Waipara has always had a rotating hop recipe as we trialled different hop varieties. However, after 15 iterations we think that we've finally found our favourite. A combination of Citra, Taiheke and Nectaron brings sweet citrus and tropical hop character, whilst still finishing clean and crisp. Read Less
