In unserer Wittmann Spezialitätenwerkstatt haben wir in diesem Jahr wieder etwas ganz Besonderes kreiert: Ein obergäriges Vollbier mit dem Geschmack der roten Beere!

Das RotCarlchen ist das jüngste Mitglied der Spezialitätenfamilie aus dem Hause Wittmann und erinnert an seinen großen Bruder den Roten Carl (Spezialitätenwerkstatt 2014). Traditionelle Braumethoden, eine moderne Hopfung, fünf erlesene Malzsorten und die speziell abgestimmten Hefen verleihen diesem Bier seine Einzigartigkeit. Eine Landshuter Bierspezialität mit rundem, fein rötlich bis bernsteinfarbenem Bierkörper, elegant eingebundener Rezenz und Aromanuancen von roten Beeren. Die harmonische Komposition der beerenartigen Aromen des Hopfens und die fruchtigen Noten der speziell eingesetzten obergärigen Ale- und klassisch-untergärigen Bierhefen verleihen dem Bier seine an Johannisbeere erinnernde Frische. Der ideale Begleiter für den Feierabend und ein weiterer Beleg unserer Braumeister, was mit modernem Wissen und traditionellem Brauverfahren möglich ist.

Das RotCarlchen gibt es in limitierter Stückzahl und ist ab Mitte April 2022 im ausgesuchten Getränkehandel und in der Gastronomie erhältlich. Wie immer nur so lange der Vorrat reicht. Read Less
