Une bière à 4,5% alc. brassée avec de la pierre bleue de Soignies. Les malts et houblons ont été sélectionnés pour faire ressortir au mieux le côté minéral de la pierre et apporter des arômes de fruits blancs. La bière est rendue bleue par ajout d'algues.

La coloration de la Bière Bleue étant naturelle, elle va inévitablement évoluer dans le temps (bleu roi/bleu émeraude/vert clair/vert-gris) mais cela n’altère en rien son goût unique. Vous pouvez ralentir ce changement de couleur en conservant au frigo et en la buvant au plus vite ;-) Read Less
