Saison Dupont is a world classic beer and the yardstick for one of Belgium’s most important beer styles. It is the most admired AND imitated Saison in the world. A strong, vital yeast is key to full attenuation and thus to the style. Saison Dupont is straw colored with a dense creamy head. The nose is alive, like fresh raised bread, estery with citrus and spice notes. Full-bodied and malty, it sparkles on the palate and finishes with a zesty hop and citrus attack. In Belgium, the best seller from the Dupont Brewery. Historical association of the brewery’s land with the Benedictine abbey of Gembloux. Weighing in at an estimable 8.5%, it is admired by fans of trappist and abbey beers. It is distinctly drier though. Moinette has an herbal bouquet, ginger, pear and spice notes. Made using roasted malts, Monk’s Stout Dupont was first made in the 1950s in our farm-brewery.
We decided to revive the recipe 60 years later to pay tribute to it. Without an updated flavour, it still has its original name and look.
This very dark beer has lovely aromas of chocolate and coffee, introduced by the use of special roasted malts.

There is a consistent freshness thanks to the citrus notes from the hops. There is no sweetness on the palate, but rather a clean, marked bitterness; beautifully thirst-quenching.

Best served at cellar temperature (12°C) or slightly chilled. Monk’s Stout Dupont goes down particularly well with shellfish, sushi, blue cheese and Moinette Vieux cheese. Read Less

Bière de Miel is made with acacia honey famed in Belgium for its floral delicacy. Bière de Miel is pale golden, with a beautiful aroma of honeycomb accented by orange and citrus notes. The richness coaxes the palate into thinking the beer is sweet—but the finish is close to bone dry with a noticeable hop tang. The Dupont Brewery first made this beer in the 1880's, the style went dormant, then was revived in 1997 by brewer Olivier DeDeycker. We love this with mild fish dishes, and a cheese plate with dried fruit and nuts. Read Less

Given the success of this new beer during this event, the brewery started to produce it for all its consumers.
Amber-coloured organic beer, dry and bitter with a smoky (or more specifically peaty) note in taste and flavour. This phenolic characteristic is obtained by using a low percentage of malt specially dried with Scottish peat (whisky malt). Read Less

This organic Belgian witbier is brewed from a blend of wheat and barley malt that characterise a “white” beer. Its smoothness makes it particularly popular.

In addition to hops, Dupont also add coriander and orange peel to the wort during the boiling process.

This light beer, with its shimmering colour, has a lovely flowery nose (freesia) with notes of spice and citrus (orange). There isn’t much bitterness on the palate, and Blanche du Hainaut is slightly acidic, goes down very easily and is delightfully refreshing.

Drink it chilled as an aperitif or with a light meal. The winning combinations: Blanche du Hainaut with fish in sauce, a range Asian dishes, and sweet and sour sauce! Read Less

Created in 1992, this beer was the answer of our brewery to the increasing demands coming from a large group of potential clients, wanting an organic beer with character but low in alcohol.
This light and refreshing blond beer combines marvellous aromas, taste of malt and citrus.

Bières de table are not the heavy hitters Belgium is so famous for – but are central to Belgian beer culture because they are how Belgians learn to appreciate beer. They are typically enjoyed with home cooked meals at the family dining table. There is no finer example of the style than Avril. USDA-certified, organic Avril is aromatic like fresh bread, full in the mouth and light on the finish. Exceptionally flavorful given its low 3.5% alcohol by volume.
