This Platypus has been crafted from bits of leftover duck, a pouch which we scrounged off a busted wallaby and the poison dart of a stingray we got from the pet shop. Of course, because it’s a beer we also used some hops, malt and water. They said it couldn’t be done but the bits of animal add a depth of flavour that will only improve with time. For the best experience this story should be consumed with a grain of salt. This is an Australian pale ale with a good malt presence backed up with good Aussie grown hops for flavour and aroma. The Platypus name comes from the duck (us), and the bill, (Willamette hops). The grey is the belly colour of the montreme and Holden has a Platypus Grey they used on older models. Read Less
