Une des rares bière noire où que j'ai dis WOW, sucre d'érable et champignons lactaires. La texture et le goût me fond penser à une bière mielleuse sans oublier l'érable qui enrobe la bouche sans oublier l'odeur de sauce soya ou de umami.
