Floral and fruity. The nose on this one is damn good, getting you excited to try and it does not disappoint once you do. Have been holding to this one since it released in 2020, and it has held up well. Fruit forward, citrus, lightly hoppy. Very balanced

I’ve been holding onto this for a while. One of the last cans they released before closing, canned 10/27/22 with the message “fair thee well”—delicious dark cherries, not too tart, lovely Cabernet Sauvignon barrel notes, beautifully balanced. R.I.P. BoH!

Just… wow. This is easily the best cherry wild ale I’ve had in recent memory, super balanced with acidity, funk and barrel/foeder dryness. Mineral bright finish, it’s damn near perfect

Complex, medium body. Smooth start with lip smacking light tartness in the middle before a smooth roll off. Lightly corn meet sour nose. This is damn good. Got it a year ago before they went out of business and it has cellared well. A great one.
