A bright citrus aroma from Cascade and Centennial hops, subtle citrus flavours and a long and powerful dry, bitter finish. A classic well-hopped, strong IPA.

Bottle conditioned. Serve slightly chilled.

Hallowell, a deep and peaceful wooded valley, leads down to an inlet on the Tavy near the old Choaksford crossing point, well suited to smuggling activities of days long ago.

Ingredients:
Water, Maris Otter Pale Malt, Wheat Malt, Hops, Yeast.
Contains: Barley, Wheat

A refreshing but strong summer ale with complex fruit and spice flavours and aromas. Silver and lead mining on the Bere Peninsula dates back to well before the 1200's. The mines at South Hooe and North Hooe rose to prominence again in the 1800's when steam power enabled seams to be worked under the rivers. Brewed and bottled on our small holding in the glorious countryside of the Tamar Valley AONB, using our own Yeoman, Wye Challenger and Stryrian Golding hops. Read Less
