his beer is bright and floral; yet still barely holds on to those Belgian fruity esters we know you like. It's got some bitterness, but after all it is an IPA. it's got some great pineapple and pleasant tangerine characteristics when you really analyze it.

Now you get to make up your mind if you truly do like this trendy hop!

A partnership with the Joslyn Art Museum has rendered this interpretation of the 18th century work by Edouard Cibot; Fallen Angels. How do you put a painting into a beer you might ask? We decided against adding actual snakes in production. Also, no angels were harmed in the making. What's left? In the artwork, you will see the forbidden fruit in the mouth of one of the serpents, and red blood on the angels wings. We thought the blood could be represented by cinnamon. And the apple, well with cider of course. We utilized local cider straight from Arbor Farms. And the cinnamon from your mom's cabinet. We'll replace it later...

The result of this project is a highly drinkable, blonde ale that might be the best seasonal beer for drinking year-round. Read Less

Debuting JUST in time for El Catorce de Mayo, this Mexican lager needed one more week to be as good as we wanted it to be... Better late than never though right? Howdy guys and gals,
This beer is dedicated to the ever present pursuit of escaping the daily grind and slipping off to a warmer climate full of sand, surf and smiles.

Coming in at 5.5% ABV and 40 IBU; this IPA utilizes a bunch of Mandrina Bavaria and CTZ hops to blend a sweet citrus flavor with a pleasant resin-y earthy bitterness. The color is about what you would expect in providing a malt backbone to support this hop forward drink of zymurgical wonder.

In addition, this IPA lingers just long enough to remind you that its an IPA, but not long enough to prevent you from taking another swig. Which, coincidentally is what I suggest you do next.

Pleasant chocolate notes round this medium dark lager. Releasing just in time for the historical season for Bock beers.
