Our Fresh New Hazy IPA uses a combination of Mosaic and Citra along with some out of this world hop heavyweights Strata and Galaxy. Sweet Passionfruit and Pineapple fight for centre stage against Herbal Resinous pine and Grapefruit pith. A clean Pilsner malt base is used alongside Oats to provide a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, but an addition of a not so common heirloom species of wheat 'Spelt Malt' creates a slightly tangy finish which accentuates a punchy hop bitterness.
Pretty as a picture and taking you out of this Stratosphere into another Galaxy. Read Less
