Wow, this has aged very well. Hard to believe I brewed this back in 2014. One or two people may have asked me to brew something like this again and I may just have to do that. I generally don't rate my brews very high, but this is darn tasty and on style.

Sour tart funky cherry with oak notes. Depth of flavor goes beyond first appearance. Complex and mysterious. Reminds me of Rodenbach beers. Make more beer Beckett Bros.

I'm surprised this turned out the way it did after years of patience and neglect. My palate isn't the most refined, but I think it holds up well against some of the better sours available from commercial breweries. Tart, blackberry, cherries, plums, wood.

Last bottle of a beer that I couldn't reproduce if I tried. A lucky accident, or calculated chaos. Whatever. I'll always consider this as the finest sour I've ever made... Yet. Great for a pregame warm-up. Go Ducks!

For being first kegged, then bottled, then sitting in the bottle for a couple of years, not too shabby. Fruity citrus aromas and flavors.

100% fuyu persimmon juice and yeast. Very bright golden hue with nice effervescence. Smells and tastes of persimmons and alcohol. Bone dry.

This perry is very aromatic and flavorful. It also has a strange, but pleasant twang that I can only attribute to the safale cider yeast.
