Barrio Rojo is our newest version of a low hop, very malty, Scottish Ale. Traditionally Scottish Ales contained very minimal to zero hops allowing the higher amount of malt to shine through in the form of sweetness. We took our time to caramelize the brewing sugars to create a low bitterness, sweet beer with notes of caramel brown sugar and cinnamon. Read Less
