A collaboration with our neighbors at Rice University Football, and named in homage to Head Coach Mike Bloomgren’s brand of coaching, Intellectual Brewtality was built for football season, balancing flavor and sessionability at 5.4% ABV. We used a Belgian yeast strain against a Pilsner and Munich malt bill, to give it a formidable flavor profile, including all of the phenolics and esters that make Belgian’s great, and brewed it with Czech Saaz and Huell Melon hops to keep this ale light and bright for some smash-mouth crushability. It’s time to stand, cheer, and drink more beer… Goooooo Rice! Read Less
