Base impy cider is pretty tasty. Authentic apple character (not pie). Finishes fairly dry despite the addition of maple syrup. The bourbon barrel is subtle and slightly tannic. The 8.4% imparts dryness. Med body and CO2. Nice balance of crisp and smooth.
