Wahou, c'est très complexe et déroutant, presque trop pour moi. Les notes de thé noir se noient dans de multiples épices, le poivre, le mélisse, le réglisse, la cannelle,... À déguster lentement sur la durée.

Plaisir hier soir. Comme un air de prolongation du Dry January. Le côté nature du raisin rappelle un peu le vin de presse, et se marie parfaitement aux aromes du kombucha. Petite impression de cidre brut aussi. Alternative à la bière très appréciable 👌!
