Aroma is mild apple but also watery and a bit sulphuric. Flavour is mild apple with maple sweetness coming underneath. Thankfully doesn’t taste like it smells. Smooth, mild, well-balanced. Nothing special but not bad.

A very delicate and light cider for being spirit barrel aged. Starts more apple, ends more pear. Sweet vanilla more upfront also. Not too much whisky or astringency, some woody/oak notes

Aroma is strong apple, sweet and tart. Flavour is tart and appley, but it’s also pretty thin and watery. Tartness hangs around but not puckeringly. It’s fine, but fairly bland, on the whole.
