Kinda lost this one in the fridge. More tart than sweet, but definitely get strawberry and a touch of sage. Refreshing, and has a dry finish, but I just don’t really taste that mead honey goodness!

Has a very chemical scent that if it wasn't there, I would love this mead. I can't get past the chemical scent. Flavors are apple and lemon. Tastes great. Aroma is not good.

Strawberry with a tart nuttiness (from time on the seeds?). Sage comes forward, creating a lingering herbal finish. Light bodied, light pink, petillant. The fruit flies and I are enjoying this for a quiet brunch in the mid coast.
