Our very first brew to go to market. Named after Lake Winnipesaukee, the largest of New Hampshire’s 944 lakes, boasting 288 miles of shoreline. Some told us we were crazy to release an amber as our first beer but we tend to disagree; Winni stands today as our number one selling beer. A rich amber ale brewed with a variety of English and Belgian crystal malts, producing a deep amber color and a complex sweetness. A blend of American hops gives a clean hop bite and a bouquet of citrus notes in the finish. Read Less

Granite Stout is truly the people’s choice. In January of 2014, the brewery conducted the “Stout Challenge”, where for a month all visitors of the brewery sampled a selection of small batch stouts brewed in house. After multiple rounds and hundreds of votes were tallied, the winning recipe became Granite Stout, which is now available in 22 oz. bottles and on draft throughout New Hampshire. Granite Stout is our American stout with strong coffee and chocolate notes balanced by a clean bitterness. Take your time with this medium bodied 8% abv stout. An understated hopping and chocolate like sweetness present firstly, and as the beer warms, coffee, vanilla and cocoa notes bloom. Read Less
