A strong malt ale at 12% abv and 55 IBUs as of 8/10/24. Smooth and silky mouthfeel with a good balance of malt sweetness to hop bitterness, but noticeably sweeter than bitter. It's not as astringent as some previous versions. Consistent to the finish.

This is version number 2. And it continues to evolve, so ask for a taste. Right now as of this writing, ABV (12%) is not nearly as high as version 1, but may climb over time the longer it ages in its bourbon barrel. This keg was just 3 weeks old.
