What a week of conditioning can do is amazing. As of 12/2/2023, still straight from the fermenter, the haziness is gone, and the flavors have lost their rough edges and have become more balanced. Rye spice with malty sweetness that finishes a dry.

Straight from the fermenter/not for the general public as of 11/25/23. Cloudy with a hope of clarity to come. Malted rye color. A memory of IPA bitterness that dissipates quickly. Finishes dry with a hint of malt sweetness. Will review again in a week.

Almost identical to the original brew and better than the last batch. Great head. Wonderful thick sweet malty mouthfeel with a hint of bitterness.

Better than its original. Clean with little to no bitterness. Slight malty sweetness that finishes dry. Hazy copper color. A change in yeast from Czech to German Bock made the difference. German yeast rocks!

Please know this is a lager and not an ale. Nice and dark but with a clean and light mouthfeel and a coffee bitterness on the finish. Ask for a taste before you commit. They will gladly oblige.

Sweet honeyish nose. Nice clear golden color. Crisp and clean, not hazy, with a mild bitterness on the finish.

Currently at 9% abv and 40 IBUs, this double hazy IPA has a wonderful floral hop nose. Not hazy looking, but sweet and juicy on the initial taste. Another signature beer for this brewery.
