As far as commercial lager goes, this one is Damm good. Estrella has everything you’d want in an easy drinking summer beverage; fizzy, clean, with low to medium bitters. Could do with a little more flavour but the sweetness is well balanced. Bien, Barca!

Yeasty and really lacking in flavour. Thin and light. I’m really not getting many ‘tropical’ notes, and the zesty edge is only provided through the nose rather than the bitters. An easy IPA but you wouldn’t buy another in any case. Home time for Toast.
