This is absurdly good, my first fresh Wax Wings hops in a minute. Really juicy peach and orange citrus perfectly complimented by a piney bitterness and extremely smooth and creamy body. Drinks lighter than nearly 10% but has a nice heft to it.

My first Pliny. The only WCIPA you could ever need, I couldn’t be happier. A sublime balance of assertive piney American hops and floral grapefruit citrus, sweet and pale malts. Drinks light on the palate, juicy, lingers delicately, there’s no off note.

Very tasty. Rich dark roasty coffee beans and black licorice in the base, a lactose slicked medium thick stout. Nice bourbon barrel flavor and heat, pecan pie flavors a little less prominent, not overly sweet which is nice. Good barrel forward stout.

Nobody does amber sours like Speciation, and I love the unique aquavit barrel usage here. A slew of botanicals and spices - I get dill and caraway especially, pickles and everything bagels - play really nicely with a tart amber base that isn’t too sour.
