Pineapple is upfront with some heat on the finish. These two adjuncts pair well with one another. There is a latent fruity aspect, but also a tad hoppy. Pretty good.

Says it is a sour lager. This strikes me more a a brut style dry lager. Has the wild and earthy aspects associated with Brett. Not so much sour as yeasty. Maybe a tart bite. Has a funk aroma and is clean. Effervescent. Ok.

Really tasty Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels. Vanilla is subtle but sweet with some chocolate notes. Coffee is not too potent, but there. Dark and rich. A little boozy, but not too strong. Just what you need during the Halloween season. Quite good.
