Aged about 5 years. Smooth and creamy, with a lot of milk chocolate flavor and a little cinnamon. Just a hint of chile pepper heat. Fairly sweet, with the roastiness mostly obscured.

Bottled 4.9.12, aged over 12 years. Not sure what style this is supposed to be (QR code link on bottle is no longer valid) but it seems like a Brett IPA. Fairly dry, slightly sweet and fruity, rather funky, and a little bitterness. Lots of carbonation.
