When I went to my local ice cream man, I can remember getting strawberry shortcake bars and this bottle hits that nostalgia right on the mark. The vanilla and coconut play to this strawberry jam profile that's frankly unbelievable. Another great Prop.

This might be the funkiest Cantillon lambics I've ever had, and the lack of carb drives that home. There's tons of leather and horseblanket filled funk that goes through both the nose and the palate. Very faint citrus notes on the back. Unbelievable.

Hey Alv, is this long enough in the cellar? The nose is filled with dates and black cherry with a bit of candi sugar. The body is big and beefy with ester character and tons of dark fruit to add on. A uniquely beautiful beer that I'm excited to share.

Ah, cool, meme beer. A tradition of any share I show up to. The raspberry comes off higher than the blueberry, and the body itself is very creamy. It's so hard to judge this as "beer", but I'll admit it's damn fun to drink. Need to get back to Richmond.

Celebrating my licensure makes this a great time to pop this glorious bottle. Even twelve years later, the vanilla absolutely screams. There's a very faint hint of oxidation, but there's no stopping this bourbon coated chocolate and vanilla bomb. Perfect.

Been a hot minute since I've had a PN, and aged in Fredricksal barrels?! The nose is particularly acidic, especially with the potent berries smacking you once you open the bottle. The palate is significantly more tame, with only flesh and oak shining.

Starting out the share with a banger. The nose is fairly barrel heavy, but there's a ton of roasty chocolate to balance it out. The body is full but not boozy, coupling chocolate truffle with oak and dark cherry. Absolutely lovely bottle Eric G.!
