Little to no bitterness and crystal malt for some slight sweetness and copper color. Any creamy mouthfeel comes from the hops because no lactobacillus was added. A good refreshing warm-weather ale.

A Czech-style pilsner with a bit more wheat added to blend with the blood orange. Very refreshing on a warm spring day. Not juicy or sweet, but a light brew where the orange compliments the beer.

The current name is Kilkenny Irish Cream Ale. A little more Irish for March 2024. "A rose by any other name..." NO lactobacillus just hops for a slight creaminess. Nice malt sweetness up front that ends dry without bitterness. Spice from Fuggles hops.

Just as good as last week. This very strong ABV brew is super refreshing with a powerful blood orange nose and palate that is balanced with a pithy bitterness. (Quite popular with patrons and may only be available through April '24.) Ask for a taste!

Huge blood orange nose and palate with a malt backbone. An orange rind pith of bitterness rather than a hop bitterness. Deceptively high in alcohol at 14% abv. According to my conversations with the brewer, the base of this brew is the Rough Ending TIPA.
