Aged Squirrels Nut Brown Ale! I like my new enforced beer aging system, they get to age past 3 weeks old... This has developed something fabulous. Rich body, full malt front fading to complex biscuit, fudge and those English hops.

Special reserve bottle. Aged 6 months. First bottle to come out of the aging stock buffer system. Wow! It was good before but now it's great. Flavors all mingled and mellowed just right. Dark chocolate, and marshmallow that quickly gives way to cinnamon

Smooth rich triple with the caramel and biscuit flavors followed up with pepper and sage. A good beer to enjoy in the bath, eating dinner and watching Netflix. A nice night in.
