Wow, what a perfect Solstice beverage. Deep golden hue with effervescent carbonation that dissipated quickly. Aroma of pine resin, cedar, and cardamom. The cardamom leads for sure but it does balance well with light honey sweetness and evergreen notes.

Deep golden hue with pleasant fine carbonation. Reading about the keeving process was fascinating, and yeah it does add some dimension that was reminiscent of some pie like flavors without being cloying, with a moderate dryness. Well worth the process!
