Yvan is drinking a Lubelski by Arbor Ales at Willingham
Soft but zingy.
Yvan is drinking a Pioneer by Arbor Ales at Willingham
Good showing for a British hop.
Yvan is drinking a Soulless by Redwillow Brewery at Willingham
Good'un. But blue cheese? I swear I taste blue cheese! I like blue cheese. Black pepper. Pine resin weeping from the end of a log in a fire.
Yvan is drinking a Ginger IPA by Arbor Ales at Willingham
Not bad, zesty & very bitter IPA with a background ginger echo. Could do with a bit more on the aroma side.
Yvan is drinking a Kujo Imperial Coffee Stout by Flying Dog Brewery at Willingham
Chocolate coated coffee bean beer!
Yvan is drinking a Black Beauty Stout by Two Roses Brew Co at Willingham
Dry zesty stout. I've had less hoppy/zesty BIPAs than this. Brewer is missing a hipster trick there!
Yvan is drinking a Super-Charged Saison IPA by Hoppin' Frog Brewery at Willingham
Does go well with a rich roast lamb dish. Phew! Sweet, spicy & warm, vanilla. Palate skewed by tasty food. Poncy: "marries" meat & sauce.
Yvan is drinking a Manifesto by Revolutions Brewing Co. at Willingham
Should have saved this for dessert. Chocolate mousse in a beer. Light vanila & cedar notes.
Yvan is drinking a Vital Spark by Fyne Ales at Willingham
Rich & malty.
Yvan is drinking a Chinook by Two Roses Brew Co at Willingham
Peppery resinous critter. Not bad.
Yvan is drinking a Full Nelson by Two Roses Brew Co at Willingham
Chilled this poor beer too much. But it doesn't seem to have much of that luscious Nelson Sauvin. Sulphurous.
Yvan is drinking a San Diego Scotch Ale by BrewDog at Willingham
Raisins! http://www.thesneeze.com/mt-archives/000749.php — bit thick & sweet for me, but rich & tasty.
Yvan is drinking a KopiKat Barrel Aged Caol Ila by Summer Wine Brewing Co. at Willingham
Woo hoo! The smoky overlay from the Caol Ila barrel really completes this for me compared to the Clynelish. Umami.
Yvan is drinking a KopiKat Barrel Aged Clynelish by Summer Wine Brewing Co. at Willingham
Big round deep black toasted licorice toffee upfront, heady whif of alcohol up the back of the nose. Whisky richness, maybe a brett hint?
Not tried it bottled. On draught, the best thing I've drank this year

The Caol Ila more up my creek. This was good, but very fusel. Perhaps better chilled to 5C or so. Though gave 4 mainly to give Caol Ila 5 ;)

Yvan is drinking a Hobgoblin Legendary Ruby Beer by Wychwood Brewery at Willingham
Don't toss me out of the CBC :-( but I like this stuff, sorry! It's MUCH better cask than bottle tho. Really ought to be separate entries.
Yvan is drinking a Maelstrom by Summer Wine Brewing Co. at Willingham
Is there an award for beer naming? I think these dudes @ SWB have the best set of names out there. Also, this DIPA is super!
Yvan is drinking a Cohort by Summer Wine Brewing Co. at Willingham
Yvan is drinking a Lovibonds Gold Reserve by Lovibonds at Willingham
Huge thanks to @Lovibonds from Kat! Excitingly interesting. Ripe cape gooseberry, green mango, richly tart, ghost of vanilla & sandlewood.
Yvan is drinking a Heron Porter by Two Roses Brew Co at Willingham
Another good'un — rich, big round pudding sweetness, quickly followed by a black pepper & resin bitterness. Just a little tart.
