#WickedBeerSideProjectShare2021. The apricots are a key addition to this blend. Awesome balance of dry stone fruit, citrus peel, and restrained saison funk. Finishes soft. A really great balance of delicate base and balanced fruit.

#WickedBeerSideProjectShare2021. In my opinion, on another level from the single barrel Bourbon Maple in the Wood. Great complexity from the added barrel, with a distinct richness from the maple and contrasting barrel heat on the tail. Excellent.
