See description. Taste is really nice, but as with our "Erdbeerkomplott" we got an overcarbonated gushing hazard here. No idea why that is. Also, not a fan of the floating sediment. Pity, since it had the potential to be a proper pleaser.

Made using the wort from the co-brewed Erste Bernauer Braugenossenschaft's "Börnicker Storchennest". Bit overcarbonated, nice orange peel and strawberry fruitiness, doesn't marry too well with the base wort's smoked malts & bitterness. Drinks okay enough.

Phew! Our strongest pure malt brew yet. Heavy malt character, balanced sweetness, piquant note from the rye malt, touch of vinous berries, lingering bitterness. Packs quite a punch at this young stage, can see this ageing beautifully.
