#CatchingUp First time having this that I felt it was maybe starting to fall off a bit… fruit isn’t as vibrant, tartness isn’t as pungent, and the finish isn’t as cohesive. Still very good, just not the god-tier beer it was for so long.

I’ve had this one sitting around for a while; middling tart notes following the fruity aroma, with an earthy finish that dries out a bit faster than I’d have expected. Mitchell L. said it right: it’s like a really good Side Project white label beer.

Massive sugar as far as the eye can see - def some apple character from the barrel, and a hit of cinnamon around the finish. Sweet and tasty and that lovely smoothness from the low carb… this is a winner.
