Buona birra, equilibrata

As usual the base lambic is a quality one, the blend is very well balanced, even though the mango part is a bit extreme...but in the end the fruity part is indeed well presented. Nice experiment, not its best but good and amusing one.

Veeery well done and reaaally elegant and gentle, recalls some good stuff from HF and Suarez and FF...but you know what? Something special is missing. 4.1 for now, but might think of a bit more.

Many of you guys tapped the wrong beer in the end, this is the right one 😅 not as bad as some said: this is in the end a tripel centered in flavors, just too flat and a bit weak.

One of the 2 best at the festival from Alchemist, but again way too flattened over a bitter note with a very little hint of balsamic coming through. 3.7

Strange I haven't had this before. Alchemist was really not at its best at Villaggio. And also not great considering the presence. Focal was ok but really not at its best, heady was dead as well as this rapture. So sad about that. Not more than 3.1

Strange the best brew from an "iga brewery" is...a simple coffee stout. Guys this is really centered and perfectly served on handpump. Smooth, coffee is just an explosion of taste. Bit short but well done indeed. 4.2 at least.

Had again, after so many years, the samos, and it improved indeed. This nebbia was not so centered though, vinous, maybe too much, interesting but not their best for sure. 3.6
