茉莉花茶增味三倍干投IPA 酒标并未标明是茶叶增味，闻香上酒花感受并不明显，无法分辨。 入口非常顺滑，如不仔细辨认，并不能感受到明显甜感，茉莉花和类似中火岩茶的茶叶方向增味感受比较明显，余味很长，收口微微苦涩。如果不作为典型IPA评判，是一个非常好的茶叶表达。酒体厚实，配合中高碳化形成了很好的平衡，若碳化强度不足就会显得粘腻。其次，风味平衡，虽然没有突出的IPA方向的优点，但没有明显缺点也无突兀之处，表扬。当然，尾端的涩度如果能更干净一些的话就会更好了。另一点是可以将茶叶风格表达得更加具象。

21%的酒精度能做到这样不容易，闻香有深色麦芽常见的酱味、巧克力，巧克力酱的甜美感，低温下几乎没有酒精味。入口厚重，有一点甜点世涛的厚重顺滑感，但是不腻，入口风味表现和闻香一致，甜点、巧克力，收口出乎意料的干净，几乎没有糊嘴的感觉。但是食道内的温热（灼热）感告诉你这款酒的酒精度是真实存在的。酒精度在，但是酒精味几乎没有。刘博推荐的好酒。感谢刘博，比个心。硬要挑毛病的话，只能说风味比较单调，几乎全部是巧克力，深色果脯啊，坚果啊这些深色麦芽常见的风味在低温下有点难被辨识到，回温后会好很多。好酒！

2024年4月18日批次，闻香清晰明确的茉莉花茶味道混合一些芒果、柑橘、青草、百香果等混合热带水果味道，稍有阴湿感，很难明确辨识，应该是爱达荷7为主导的酒花，酒花品质也不错。入口顺滑，酒体不厚，有汁水感，燕麦加了不少，有一定甜度，但是并不腻。收口苦味明显，涩感少，鼻后嗅觉与闻香香气几乎一致，茉莉花茶风味突出，热带水果味突出，收口嘴里的风味变化明显有层次，不单调。酒精味也隐藏的很好。除了水有点硬，收口有点咸，几乎挑不出什么毛病。

挺好的，闻香巧克力明显，稍有花香，蜂蜜的香甜，相对融合。入口甜，略薄，有杀口感，入口前段莓果味，收口鼻后嗅觉香气与闻香基本一致，有涩感，酒精感不明显。回温后酒精感明显。整体还不错，我在想如果酒体更厚更顺滑的话，会不会就过于腻了，现在还挺舒服的。

手机都快找不到了，看到刘博在打卡，我也打一个吧。烘烤味重，稍有一点酱味，酒体适中，碳化感有，好像有咖啡增味，收口尤其明显。没有不良风味，没有酸，有点像在冰箱里放了挺久的那种意式浓缩。但是，今天开心，这个酒就给4.0吧。哈哈哈。

闻香丰富甜美但不腻，饼干，曲奇饼，巧克力，谷物，爆米花等等等等美好甜品的体现，但是不腻，一丝酒精。入口深烘咖啡感觉明确，酒体焦糖巧克力蛋糕为主。入口倒是挺腻的。整体还行吧，没啥不良风味，就是入口之后好腻，美式甜点世涛那一挂，个人体感一般。不太会主动喝。谢谢阿达。
