Delicious beer with a lot of flavor and character. Not quite a Belgian Tripel in some ways (flavor and appearance) - a bit of fusel. But delicious nonetheless.

Beautiful looking beer. Mildly/Gently spiced - almost like yeast derived. ML barrel character but Rum itself is subdued (maybe it balanced out spice).

Wow - very nice. Not super dry - very slightly sweet. Good amount of tannins and VL acidity. Has slightly floral/rose-like aroma and flavor. Slight flatness in flavor could be due to lower acidity or oxidation.

Delicious - sweetness balanced somewhat by moderate acidity, slight tannins and mild funk. Feels like a better version of apple juice that can be drunk anytime of the day!

Beautiful looking. Sweetness nicely balanced with Acidity which appears late in the palate. Ripe fruits with almost Candy like sweetness and a bit round mouthfeel.

Brilliantly clear, champagne like bubbles. Sweetness and acidity with slight funk. No tannins. Pretty good French Cider - maybe a slightly more funk would make it awesome.
