A great unadjuncted non BA stout that is viscous as could be. Great winter beer. And this is the biggest buck I’ve prob ever seen in PA.

HF at home in Turkeytown PA is just crazy. Elvis is quite happy to pose for this one. Three berries hard to pick them out indiv from the blend but oak barrels are apparent.

Getting into the fruit cellar beers. This came out about 52 degrees no refrigeration. Really happy w this assemblage. Low carb and good funk on the nose and lil tartness to finish. Merry Xmas.

Hate being on East Coast time and waiting for the late Steeelrs game to start. Killing time w a great Belgian from Suarez.

Love these cans and a the spruce tips complement this beer so well. Impressive lacing too. All around well done.

Earned the Local Beer Is Better (2021) badge!

Exactly as I expected. A light dark beer where malt is forward and hops just provide a bit of crispness at the end.

I’m a sucker for anything aged in port barrels. I use the word ‘nuanced’ a lot around great 🍺 but this deserves it. A lot of restraint where other breweries would turn things to 11. Seriously could drink Suarez beers exclusively and not miss anything.

Can confirm this is a great brunch beer. Beautiful tart peaches.

Earned the National Beer Day (2021) badge!

You expect black currants to have a sharper tartness and often finish w a hint of vinegar nots but not here at all. Finishes different, not sharp as expected. Unique barrel notes from the oak provide more fruit complexness. Happy Easter during golden hour

Such a damn clean appearance. Slightly funky. Not full on horse blanket but just a tinge of it. Really enjoying this whole pack.

Far preferable to mimosas at brunch. Holding onto one for Easter Sunday. Super thick. Fizzy and fuzzy. Slightly tart.
