Beautiful pour deep dark brew. Nice deep tan head that quickly dissipated. Strong bourbon aroma, sweet taste. A bit of Cocoa and raisin. Smooth and perfect by a fire.

Malty brown ale with very slight nutmeg, cinnamon, and buttery flavor. Dark amber color and clear - off white head dissipated rapidly. Sweet throughout. Highland has more remarkable brews, this one is so so.
