Really light-bodied for a Doppelbock. Needs a bit more of a 'bready' character. The staff here are Fantastic tho and the place is really cute. They've been in business around six years and continue to grow per a staff member.

A dry-hopped Scottish Ale? Well it works out okay. A little bit darker in colour than your usual Scottish Ale... Paired with jambalaya. First time here. Nice place.

UnTapp'd has the ABV wrong on this, their menu says 6.2%. Kind of light-bodied but still has a good Amarillo Hops flavour. The staff here seems really nice. They are all fun and smiling. I really like the place.
