Crisp, but not light. Huge malt flavors. Notes of white bread crust and vague fruit. Light bitterness and a hint of creaminess in the finish. Absolutely splendid. Edit, tried again, carbonation disappeared quickly. Score lowered from 5 to 4.25

The can aesthetic is fantastic! However the contents aren’t quite as exciting. The caramel flavor is very artificial tasting. The overall flavor profile isn’t nearly as dark as would fit the caramel. Great idea, but poor execution, unfortunately.

Indeed tastes like s’mores—but incredibly artificial tasting. Like sucking on a s’mores scented magic marker. The body is paper thin. Has no hint of actual beer. I can drink it, but that’s the most credit I will give this “beer”.

Rich, yet “sharp”. Heavy notes of dark chocolate and hops. I was a huge fan of the Mirror Pond Ale and this definitely holds up to the standards I would hold Deschutes to just based off that. Very nice!
