Final offering last night, close to closing time for TH’s final day at 94 Orchard. Details not logged but I recall impressive strength of character delivered very smoothly w no heaviness. Sweet maple n slick smoothness for this 5+YO, possibly some smoke?

Top Hops 94 Orchard St. closing day 210418 — Thanks Ted for the special pour. Impossible to compare w any previous sampling but this could easily have been the best I’ve had, or the only at eight years. Stellar complexity rivaling any wild or aged beer.
