Sweet raspberry, honey, bit of pear, not much licorice. Will go for a repeat to get all the nuances, but definitely tasty stuff!

This unfortunately went down quite a bit with age, it seems. Quite a lot of sweet soy there. Still a good splash of bourbon, some roast, and chocolate, but the adjuncts are gone and turned into a general mix of rather sweet boozyness. Shame.

Strong heavy herbal thing this. Loads of barrel, nutmeg, plenty of cinnamon and the orange peel is noticable too. The barleywine underneath is hardly there because of it, which is a shame. Bit thin and heavy boozy. Unbalanced, but not tasting bad .

Happy 2026! This is a lovely and bright raspberry forward sour. Refreshing, bright, zingy and fruity, without too much sharp acidity. Nicely flavourful yet easy. A good toasting beer!
