Still fresh, not as smooth as older years. Nice rich flavors of chocolate and some vanilla. Mild bitterness offset by the subtle maple sweetness. Strong, yet not boozy.

For a first year Marzen, its very good. A rich solid malt base, perhaps not as hefty as a Marzen should be, but it is from Florida. Reasonably smooth with a mile spicy ending.

Not bad for a first year Marzen. The toasted malt flavor could be stronger, yet still adequate. Fairly smooth, with a pleasant autumn spice finish.
