Clean pale malt kind of flavors, biscuity, bit vegetal/resiny, nice sharp bitter bite on the dry, yet lingering finish. This is awesome.

This thing is rich, but it is good. Herbal chocolatey chai coffee thick silky stout.

Really enjoy this parting gift from the bartender at Casey. Reminds me a lot of Tropicalia in the fruitiness, body, and dry finish. Hits that hoppy flavor I want without blowing out my palate.

This was amazing. Clean, crisp, Czech lager bite you expect but not too sharp, nice smooth, dry finish. One of the best lagers I’ve had this year.

Peanuts, chocolatey fudge chocolate, vanilla, bit yeasty bready cone flavor. Medium high mouthfeel, smooth syrupy finish.

Your standard, run of the mill orange/grapefruit peel kind of IPA.

Slightly woody, lemon zest, slight funk, light bodied.

Funky, slightly hoppy, lemon peely, slightly funky, light body, mild to medium acidity.

Malty, delicious, Czech lager at the start. Then rather than finishing with the sharp Czech lager bite, ends with a smooth, mellow, light woody (oaky?) flavor.

Citrusy, piney, resinous hops. Light to medium body. Tiny bit of booziness poking through. Lovely.

Fruity, resinous/fleshy mango, bit of pulpy orange. Light to medium body, soft mouthfeel.

Big tropical pineapple/mango and orange vibes. Brett lays down a lovely funkiness. Pretty dry, soft mouthfeel, light to medium body, and a pleasant tropical/citrus kind of aftertaste.

First hoppy Italian pils I’ve had, and I like it. Nice green, tropical, slightly resinous hoppiness that rolls into the crisp Italian pils finish. Light body and crisp mouthfeel, dry finish.

Like a slightly funky, tart kolsch. Pretty interesting and fun take. I usually hate kolsch riffs, but this is fun.

This is beautiful. Bourbon booziness rolls into chocolate syrup. Finishes pretty dry. Medium to thick body, creamy chocolatey.

Crispy classic German pils, with a honey biscuity flavor. Crushable for sure.

This is a wow one for me. I’d slip it in a Tree House, Trillium line up, and no one would bat an eye. Medium, fluffy mouthfeel, and a medium to heavy body. Big pineapple, passionfruit, mango, resinous flavors and fnishes smooth mango candy flavor.
