Started off strong with hops and brown malt on the palate, progressing to hazelnut (Nutella if I may), Anzac ‘bikkie’ and nutmeg, topped off with a long hazelnut aftertaste. A beautiful, well rounded brew perfect for cold Spring nights..

Pls release this in cans Co Conspirators and Beer 360! Bloody brilliant from the Sunshine taps. They’re a pretty underused style, the West Coast Pale Ale, but the great thing about it is that while the hops are still present, the pale malt rlly shines.

For such a big ABV the sherry + red wine goon-esque body is smooth + easy to get down, followed by a strong caramelly toffee finish.
