This is tasting dangerously good today. Pillow soft with a touch of sweetness. Mango, pineapple mixed with a hint of white wine.

Another Other Half collab. Huge head but not as soft as it would seem. Solid beer but nothing stands out.

Not one of the better Long Live beers. Lightish, lemon, hint of melon and maybe a little white wine. Not one of my favorite flavor profiles.

Smooth, creamy softness is the highlight of this beer. Muted hops, maybe some banana.

Nice Triple collab with the Other Half. Not too sweet or boozy for a triple. Earthy, dank, touch of grapefruit and citrus rind. Not as good as it warms. Side note: beautiful Easter Day in NC!!

I had high hopes for this but it is falling short. I don’t think it held up well with shipping. No nuance, bitter and slight malt coming through. Great signature TH softness. I think it is better than it is presenting. Won’t mark it down too much.

Thin with quickly dissipating head. If I didn’t know it was a coffee stout I would think it was just a milk stout. Coffee is too muted to me.

Lovely hazy yellow color. Getting a lot of piney grapefruit. A little hop burn. Bomb of flavor for 6%.

This is a pretty solid Trillium offering. Mild pineapple hop smell. Nice citrus and tropical fruit that come out more as it warms just a touch. Nice soft mouthfeel.

Other Half & Toppling collab!! Nice hop smell, hazy yellow/orange color. Instant bitterness and dryness with some hop dankness. A touch of mango in there but hidden under the bitterness. A little more sweetness upfront would make this even better

This is pretty great. Pineapple nose out of the can. Drinks dry and bitter, mild citrus, with a touch grassy aftertaste. Good mouthfeel and seems like a Double.

I do like this better the 2nd & 3rd time over the first but probably not enough to move it up. It is very mild for 7%. Touch of sweetness, pine, champagne, and a little lime

2nd time having this and it didn’t get better. Too thin, a little too sweet/syrupy, and carbonation is low. Just under 2 months old so age shouldn’t be much of a factor.

Pretty excellent beer. Finally something that has hop smell right out of the can. Mildly bitter, Citra hop bomb. Fairly soft, slight hop spiciness, a little dry. Pushing towards a Triple @ 8.5 ABV.

1st beer of the volunteer research project - beer version #2. This is better than the previous version. Grassy, nectarines, clementine, dried mango. Better carbonation and mild bitterness.

Light, bready, dry champagne with some bitterness. Not really a fan of this one from a brewery that has been solid from the few I have had.

I had higher expectations for a triple DH Citra beer from The Veil. Very mild hop smell. Citrus with a pinch of grassiness and a couple other things I can’t put my finger on. A little more softness would elevate it.
