Proper thic (only 1 C). Not motor oil but not thin. Almost no carb. Heavy banana nose. Taste is banana with slight coconut. No real hazelnut to speak of. The best pastry stout created in the state of Utah (as of 4.1.22). +.25 for that feat. #dirtyglass
