Solid saison. I get just a hint of passion fruit but normal flavor profile leaning to citrus/black pepper is there and well executed
Matt Potenski is drinking a Penrose by Brix City Brewing at The Pointe At Galloping Hill
Big fluffy body and nice shot of hops in this pale ale. Another really solid offering from Brix City. Drinks easy w good flavor. Tasty.

Another relatively simple but well executed beer from Suarez. The lemongrass really comes through in this rustic but citrusy brew. Tasty

Really interesting beer. Ton of herbal character from the unique barrel treatment. Not a beer I would really want but glad I tried it.
Matt Potenski is drinking a Chronology:24 - Wee Heavy (2017) by The Bruery at The Pointe At Galloping Hill
Last one of the series. Big, malty, sweet, and big bourbon finish. But a lot of spicy oak notes mixed in and def the smoothest- least boozy
Matt Potenski is drinking a Works of Love: Tired Hands (Farm Ghosthands) by Hill Farmstead Brewery at The Pointe At Galloping Hill
Really enjoyed this. Osts and buckwheat add a lot of body/weight to this ale in a nice rustic way. Good wine barrel character in finish

Interesting attempt at a rare style of beer but not my thing. Cardamom is a weird addition to this beer that is already a rustic rye ale.
Matt Potenski is drinking a Civil Disobedience #14 by Hill Farmstead Brewery at The Pointe At Galloping Hill
Another really rustic and flavorful ale from HF. Nice amount of wine and oak character in the finish to really round out the flavor profile
Matt Potenski is drinking an Arctic Soirée by Grassroots Brewing at The Pointe At Galloping Hill
This was really herbal. Solid saison w intense citrus and a good dose of hibiscus. Pretty solid.

This was really tasty. Good acidity make the beer pop. It’s a testament to how good RR is at doing sours. Great depth of flavor.

Totally delicious- big barrel and coffee notes. The porter is a nice change from stouts. Rich w roast but nice middle malt notes. BBA finish

Very tasty. Same sweet malty base with nice bourbon flavor in finish. I feel like the 18 starts to separate from the 6 & 12. More oak notes
Matt Potenski is drinking a Juicy by Hill Farmstead Brewery at The Pointe At Galloping Hill
Lots of vinous character in this. Base saison w citrusy notes works well w the wine character. Drinks light and easy but good depth
Earned the Pucker Up (Level 55) badge!Matt Potenski is drinking a Shell Game by Kane Brewing Company at The Pointe At Galloping Hill
Big fan of this. Very tasty BA stout. You get the nuts and other adjuncts to fill the flavor out and it’s married to a nice dry rye finish
Matt Potenski is drinking a Genealogy of Morals (2016) by Hill Farmstead Brewery at The Pointe At Galloping Hill
Simply delicious. Rich stout w lovely bourbon character in finish. Smooth not boozy. Coffee is mild but adds depth. Ton of roast and barrel
Earned the Cheers to Independent U.S. Craft Breweries (Level 72) badge!Matt Potenski is drinking a Bourbon Barrel Driftwood by Kane Brewing Company at The Pointe At Galloping Hill
Liked this a lot especially for a brown ale. Graham cracker and maple are subtle but welcome flavors and has the Kane big barrel flavor 👍🏻
Earned the 99 Bottles (Level 70) badge!Matt Potenski is drinking a Find the Lady by Pips Meadery at The Pointe At Galloping Hill
Very tasty mead. Def on the sweet side but has the fruit flavor and acidity to cut the sweetness and make it enjoyable. Big berry flavor
Matt Potenski is drinking The Lucy by de Garde Brewing at The Pointe At Galloping Hill
Lots of flavor. The vinous/grape flavor is pretty strong. Another quality wild ale from deGarde. Solid.
Earned the Brewery Pioneer (Level 51) badge!Matt Potenski is drinking a Civil Disobedience #17 by Hill Farmstead Brewery at The Pointe At Galloping Hill
Really tasty. A lot of subtle wine character w an undertone of citrus in this saison. Light and drinkable w depth of flavor
Bottle
Def the best blend of all this series. Wine notes are light but the solid lambic base mixes w the saison so well. Tart, complex and tasty
