Does not get close to the quality of koln kolsch… still kolsch though so forced by my own rules to give it a 4 min… quite flat and mild malty aftertaste. Nice but not an amazing kolsch.

Odd. Not really carbonated and very tart. Can’t make up my mind if I love it or not… maybe a good beer to pair with food and have a small glass of, not a pint.
