A bomb indeed. Mountains of toffee, caramel, chocolate, and coffee permeate the nose and plate. Chili peppers are definitely a noticeable undertone but are not in any way spicy. Fades into silky caramelized toffee.

Boy oh boy — what can I say about a 2016 Bruery barrel-aged cuvée of barleywine and Tuesday releases? Bourbon maple syrup, cola, caramel, vanilla, and toffee. Faint tobacco in the veerryyyy ending finish.
